Ben Zadik has over 16 years of experience managing the financial operations of start-up, small-cap, and mid-sized international companies, spanning several industries and verticals.
In addition to taking two startup companies public, Ben led the international finance and accounting team at AMB Property Corporation, overseeing over $5 billion in global assets and managing three private equity funds in Japan, Mexico, and Canada.
Prior to that, Ben was a senior member of the finance team at Sangstat Medical Corporation, growing the company's revenues to over $100 Million per year and was instrumental in structuring the company's sale to Genzyme for $640 million in cash.
Prior to that, Ben was a senior member of the finance team at Netopia, which was acquired by Motorola for $208 million in cash.

Ben began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in both the audit and international tax practices, and is both a CPA and a Chartered Accountant (Canada).
