Mr. Itrato has over a decade of corporate and transactional legal experience having represented entrepreneurs, executives, privately held companies and publicly-traded companies across a wide range of industries.
Mr. Itrato practiced as a Junior Partner and counsel with WilmerHale LLP and prior to that, an associate with Foley Hoag LLP. He has counseled his clients in transactions having an aggregate value well over a billion dollars. In addition, he has advised clients in transactions involving:
- Hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital and private equity transactions
- Over a billion dollars worth of mergers and acquisitions
- Mission-critical licensing and partnering transactions involving the core assets of the company
- Hundreds of agreements relating to the day-to-day operations of numerous clients
Mr. Itrato's educational background includes Georgetown University Law Center, JD, Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif, Cornell University, BA and Phillips Exeter Academy.
